I have stayed at this hotel many times. What you get for the rate you pay is great. The location is excellent. Staff are always very welcoming and accomodating. very friendly. pool is great.
This time i was given a smoking room and had specifically requested a non-smoking room.....it was very late so i did not bother to ask to be changed. Also my airconditioner was not working well at all. i am sure if i had asked to be changed the staff would have accomodated me though. it was after 1am and my daughter was already asleep so i did not bother with asking....

This hotel has a great location and good facilities for the price. We asked for a non smoking but were put in a smoking room. It wasn't too bad though, only smelt a little. The pool is really nice to cool off in after a day doing adventure activities around the city.

For me since years the best hotel in Chiang Mai. 4*-worth surely just 1400 TB and upgraded again. Close to Night Bazaar, Big pool, sauna, steamroom, etc. and everything for free. However for my next holiday i travel only to WIFI-free hotels so management could make goodwill on that to delete this unfriendly, expensive Kirz-WIFI.
1. WIFI should be free in hotels everywhere. Can Centara show its goodwill? 2. As rather busy some of the young hotelguests used the sauna with their clothes on. Signing about that could be upgraded and change some of the clothlockers to the gym. Sauna area means: no clothes wright.....
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
